Corporate Call Center holds Fundraiser for colleague, Gary Onufer who had "3 hearts in 3 months"
CCC supports colleague that has undergone 3 heart transplant surgeries and honors "medical miracle workers"
Philadelphia, PA (April 10th, 2007) - Corporate Call Center, teleconsulting experts in Blue Bell will be hosting a gala fundraiser to support friend, and colleague Gary Onufer.

CCC have rallied together to help Gary and his family defer the extraordinary expenses related to his heart transplant and recovery. The gala will honor Gary and his family, the doctors and medical professionals from the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania and the developers of the mechanical heart that kept Gary alive until a donor heart was located."
Gary Onufer, a 46 year-old insurance agent at CCC and former fitness instructor was diagnosed with biventricular end-stage heart failure and irreversible cardiogenic shock. Gary was the first to receive a new temporary Total Artificial Heart in the Northeast U.S. by cardiac surgeons at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. This lifesaving technology is used as a "bridge to transplant" for patients awaiting a donor human heart and are in imminent risk of death.
Gary's friends and fellow colleagues at CCC are hosting a gala fundraiser on Friday, May 18th at CCC's offices at 475 Sentry Parkway East (Walton & Township Line Roads), Bluebell from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This event is dedicated to Gary and his wife Joan. It is also a tribute to the doctors, medical professionals and developers of Gary's mechanical heart. Entertainment will feature Frank Sinatra and George Burns' impersonators, and the hot sounds of DJ Gregg.
