Blue Bell, PA (April 10th, 2007) — Corporate Call Center (CCC) located in Blue Bell, PA specializes in contact management, business development, healthcare communications, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, and market research through inbound and outbound communications with business and consumer markets

     Claudia Timbo, CCC President & CEO holds licenses in Health and Accident Insurance in over sixteen states and is a twenty year veteran of the teleservices industry.  Prior to the inception of her company in 2002, she held four executive positions in successful ventures including being one of the first female presidents of a subsidiary of Progress Financial Corporation (PFC).   She has built successful call centers for Strategic Asset Valuation & Marketing and ProCall Teleservices Inc.

     CCC’s growth and development can be credited to the synergy created by her innovative award-winning staffing model, quality and efficient client solutions, a savvy investment strategy, a positive, “yes attitude”, strong business to business referrals and her commitment to helping employees “live their passion”.

     Claudia’s award winning staffing model utilizing retired executives and seniors has led her to speak at Pennsylvania House of Representatives sponsored local events on the positive aspects and benefits to the business community and the economy that senior utilization provides. She promotes continued learning and trains her employees to complete state licensing in health and accident insurance that not only adds to the quality of service her company provides but adds a valuable marketable licensing to the resumes of her employees. The staffing model also enables CCC to provide concierge calling programs to match individual client needs. 

     Claudia has served as the a founding advisory board member for Senior Adults for Greater Education, is a board member of My Guide to Community for Seniors and recently accepted advisory board committee position with Aspen Holding. Additionally, Claudia is a foster parent sponsor through the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging, a foreign exchange student program sponsor, serves on the advisory board of the Pathways School for Children, a corporate sponsor of CASA Youth Advocates and is currently hosting a fundraiser for Gary Onufer a CCC colleague who recently underwent three heart transplant surgeries.
