A brand new "Train the Trainer" program starting in February 2007 focuses educational resources where Corporate Call Center can get the most leverage from the "team". Four modules combining insightful concepts and practical skills that will help take the Center's trainers to the next level. From "people skills" to insure a better connection to the classroom participants, to "presentation skills" that will hone the energy from the platform, great things are continuing to "build a bridge" to success at CCC.
